Delete your LineSarthi account and data
This page provides an external way to request deletion even if you no longer have the Android app. You can delete your complete Google-linked LineSarthi account or request deletion of selected LineBags data.
Delete directly in the Android app
- Open LineSarthi → Settings → Privacy & security.
- Tap Delete LineSarthi account.
- Sign in with the linked Google account and review the deletion warning.
- Confirm Delete account. The app signs out and removes its local paid-tag copies.
Deleting LineSarthi does not delete your Google account or erase Google Play's own purchase history. It does permanently stop cross-device restoration of the deleted account's paid tags.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the Google email address connected to LineSarthi. Use the subject LineSarthi Account Deletion Request and state whether you want your complete account deleted or only selected data. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Data deleted or anonymized
- Your Google account identifier, email address, display name and profile-picture URL stored by LineSarthi
- Account-linked notification tokens, recovery credentials and owner contact information
- Finder messages associated with account-linked paid tags
- Owner-entered bag names, finder notes and emergency contact details on those paid tags
- The link between the deleted account and its paid-tag entitlements
Limited records retained
We retain a minimal, unlinked Google Play purchase-verification record—such as the product ID, consumed purchase token and verification time—to prevent a purchase from being reused and to meet fraud-prevention, accounting or legal obligations. It is no longer linked to your Google profile record. Google Play may separately retain transaction information under Google's own policies.
Partial data deletion
You can permanently delete individual finder messages in the app without deleting the complete account. For another partial-deletion request, use the email process above and clearly identify the data you want removed.
Processing time
In-app deletion is processed immediately by LineSarthi. Verified email requests are normally completed within 30 days. If a record must be retained for a legal, security or fraud-prevention reason, we will explain the category and retention reason.
